Aboslutely horrible service... the seller asks the same questions many times and gets the order wrong many times and ships the wrong product..... seller also goes on vacation every month and makes excuses and asks the same questions again to buy time.... not good.
Also no instructions made available for the dual channel remote.... instructions sent are often for the wrong remote and do not work and the customer has to figure out how to make it work....
No power cords were included and the wrong slots were sent... seller says the item is a set and makes excuses like the wrong option was selected but NO OPTION WAS GIVEN.... and how can it be a set if the power cord is missing!!! horrible service
