Aboslutely horrible service...  the seller asks the same questions many times and gets the order wrong many times and ships the wrong product.....  seller also goes on vacation every month and makes excuses and asks the same questions again to buy time.... not good.   Also no instructions made available for the dual channel remote....  instructions sent are often for the wrong remote and do not work and the customer has to figure out how to make it work.... No power cords were included and the wrong slots were sent... seller says the item is a set and makes excuses like the wrong option was selected but NO OPTION WAS GIVEN.... and how can it be a set if the power cord is missing!!!  horrible service

    During the Chinese New Year, even on New Year's Eve and the first day of the New Year, the buyer kept sending harassing messages and demanding immediate compensation for the unusable goods due to his mistake. (The buyer's own storage caused the battery to get damp, and the merchant had tested it before shipping and had video evidence. The buyer did not inform the width of the fabric he used and placed the order in a hurry and kept urging, but the merchant shipped it in normal size.) The buyer did not reply to messages for a long time after the merchant's holiday ended. As a result, the buyer missed his plan and blamed all the mistakes on the merchant. I have never seen such an annoying and unreasonable customer in my 5 years of working. Alibaba has already determined that I am the reasonable party in this matter, but he continues to release his own wrong remarks here. Good luck with your business if you continue to have such a bad attitude towards other people's kindness!
